Use support when the app is silent, unstable, or not behaving safely.

The fastest way to help is to include the app version, device model, OS version, screen you were on, and whether the app returned a safe STOP response or a network failure.

Include these details

  • Device and OS version
  • App version and build number
  • Screen or step where the issue occurred
  • Whether camera permission was granted
  • Whether the app fell back to STOP, timed out, or reported a backend error
